At Aspen Dental, we put You First, offering the security and job stability that comes with working with a world-class dental service organization (DSO). Our best-in-class training program, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling are designed to help you thrive in your career. When you join our team as an Assistant Dental Office Manager (which we call an Operations Lead), you will have the opportunity to give back to communities and positively affect patients' lives.
Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, consulting with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payments, and ensuring high-quality care.
In this role, you will supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager. You will review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice, oversee scheduling, confirm patient appointments, and handle nightly deposits and credit card processing. To ensure your success, you will participate in an eight-week training program upon joining an Aspen Dental practice.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
