Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist the Property Manager in day-to-day community operations
- check_circleManage leasing activities and move-in/move-out procedures
- check_circleCoordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- check_circleRespond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- check_circleMaintain accurate records and files for the community
- check_circleAssist with budget and financial reporting tasks
- check_circleCollect and post rents and handle delinquent rent accounts
- check_circlePrepare suit lists and perform monthly close out procedures
Requirements
