The Assistant Banquet Manager supports the planning, execution, and overall success of all banquet and catered events within the property. This role partners closely with the Banquet Manager, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure seamless operations, elevated service standards, and an exceptional guest experience from setup through breakdown.
This leader is hands-on, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two events are the same. You will act as the Manager on Duty for events, addressing guest needs and resolving issues in real time while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
