Join a dynamic team in East Syracuse, NY, as an Assistant / Associate Scientist. This role is designed for individuals ready to support critical upstream and downstream process development studies through rigorous non-GMP analytical testing. You will be an integral part of the laboratory workflow, handling routine tasks such as reagent preparation, sample management, and instrument maintenance while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity.
In this position, you will document experimental data, perform verification, and prepare protocols and final reports. You will also support key analytical initiatives, including method development, qualification, and the technical transfer of methods to the Quality Control laboratory. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive scientific progress.
