In this position, you will support the critical infrastructure of our facilities by interfacing with and providing care to our patients and community members. You will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone callers, assessing needs, scheduling initial psychiatric assessments, and triaging patients to appropriate services. Your work ensures a smooth transition into the admission process and facilitates access to treatment for individuals seeking help for substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or emotional disorders.
Beyond direct patient interaction, you will collaborate with business office staff to ensure an efficient admission process and provide essential clerical support to the Care Coordination Manager and team. From managing data entry and maintaining supply stocks to coordinating admission paperwork and patient orientations, your contributions are fundamental to our mission of delivering great care.
