Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler at our McKinney, TX location, where you will play a crucial role in repairing radio frequency systems within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This position is designed for a dedicated and skilled professional who ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of work and upholding our high-quality standards in both standard and non-standard environments.
In this onsite role, you will operate in a dynamic setting where precision and innovation are paramount. You will determine assembly methods and sequences, often working with incomplete information or relying on blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions. The role involves a hands-on approach to identifying components, making setups and adjustments, and performing complex tasks such as disassembly, modification, rework, and testing. Additionally, you may provide work leadership to lower-level assemblers, guiding them through assignments and monitoring results to maintain operational excellence.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote. The security clearance process is handled and adjudicated by DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.
