About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team at our West side location in Santa Teresa, NM. In this position, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, focusing on the production of retractile cords and complex assemblies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting CAD drawings to ensure precision in every task. You will be responsible for printing and following specific setups and procedures for assembly and retractile operations. A key part of the job requires the physical manipulation of materials; using specialized equipment, you will handle and transfer reels of material weighing upwards of 200 pounds. Additionally, you will perform injection molding processes and execute all steps involved in creating cable prep, wiring harnesses, and assembling connectors according to job specifications.
