About the Opportunity
Select Staffing is currently seeking immediate performance-to-hire Assemblers for a client in Pueblo, CO. This role offers a direct path to employment with Trane, providing an entry point into manufacturing without requiring prior experience. The position is designed for individuals ready to learn and grow within a team environment.
The Role
As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team responsible for assembling entire products or specific components. Your day-to-day will involve rotating through various tasks required in production processes and assisting in the production of wiring assemblies. You will also be responsible for maintaining clean work areas to ensure a safe and efficient shop floor.
Successful candidates will complete "Work Skills" training tailored to the specific processes on the shop floor. This training ensures you are fully equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role.
Shift and Schedule
Two shifts are available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.00/hour)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($18.00/hour)
Please note that mandatory overtime is often required. This may involve starting as early as 5:00 AM and working up to 12 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.
