About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Assembler to support structural component manufacturing in a fast-paced aerospace environment based in Los Angeles. This role is critical to our mission of producing high-quality aerospace products, requiring a team member who thrives in precision-driven settings and takes pride in maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
As a Deburr Bench Technician and Assembler, you will work within a collaborative team to support multiple assembly projects daily. Your day-to-day involves executing complex assembly tasks with minimal oversight, ranging from basic riveting and fastener installation to specialized procedures like match drilling, jig work, and the installation of bushings using liquid nitrogen cooling methods. You will also be responsible for applying Click Bond products, sealants for corrosion prevention, and performing precision marking in accordance with engineering requirements and MIL-STD-130 standards.
The position requires operating conventional equipment such as Bridgeport machines and utilizing calibrated instruments like torque wrenches and calipers. You will ensure proper ERP logging and compliance by following internal documentation and job travelers. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of aerospace products, demanding a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleInstall helicoils and similar inserts to customer specifications
- check_circleApply Click Bond products, nut plates, and studs
- check_circlePerform sealant application for corrosion prevention and dissimilar metal protection
- check_circleMark parts per engineering requirements and MIL-STD-130 using approved methods
- check_circleComplete approved touch-up applications including Alodine, primer, top coat, and sealant
- check_circleOperate conventional equipment such as Bridgeport machines for honing, swaging, boring, and grinding
- check_circleApply masking to protect part finishes
- check_circleUse calibrated instruments including torque wrenches, pressure gauges, calipers, and ohm meters
Requirements
