Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best care possible in a positive atmosphere.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to community engagement. Employees participate in seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk-or-treats, fun runs, and more. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a sense of belonging that extends from the clinic to the wider community.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care across both in-clinic and virtual channels, adapting to new technologies and protocols in a rapidly evolving practice setting. This role is designed for a compassionate professional who can respond quickly to changes in patient conditions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
You will not only provide outstanding patient service but also lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—in behaviors and actions that ensure excellent patient care. Your day will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications for acute and chronic conditions. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into the team.
Fast Pace Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and communities. We welcome applications from qualified individuals without regard to race, creed, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, parental status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristics.
