About the Role
As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up and protect sensitive areas. You will be the first line of defense, patrolling dynamic environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. Success in this position requires physical stamina, as you will be moving and standing for the duration of your shift.

Hiring Process
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. Candidates must be prepared to pass an extensive screening process.
