About the Role
As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Lead in Midland, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Retail and Malls. This position is designed for a professional who brings an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every interaction. You will conduct routine patrols to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication.
In this driving post, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity. Your day-to-day involves monitoring entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verifying access, and responding to incidents or disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner. You will play a key role in retail loss prevention by observing activity, assisting with de-escalation, and maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned areas.
