Reporting to the State Manager, the Area Sales Manager serves as the face of Stateside Brands within a targeted territory. This role is designed to drive growth by performing outside sales, managing key account relationships, and ensuring our products are presented at their best. You will be responsible for increasing product sales and placement of displays across a mix of on-premise and off-premise accounts.
In this position, you will go beyond simple sales to actively upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays. Your day-to-day involves servicing customers in a safe and productive manner while strategically increasing points of distribution according to our executional standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the Stateside reputation by implementing proper product rotation, maintaining freshness, and enhancing in-store branding. Additionally, you will coordinate promotional events such as samplings and festivals to generate brand awareness and consumer engagement, leveraging industry trends to educate clients and optimize sales performance.
