We are seeking an Architectural Assistant to immediately support our design and preconstruction pipeline. This position is critical to our operations, designed to eliminate bottlenecks in permit and construction documentation while supporting our lead designer during an upcoming maternity leave. You will play a central role in moving projects from concept to construction.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on technical drawing, precision, and production. While the core focus is on high-accuracy execution rather than creative direction, there is a clear, long-term growth path for the right candidate to evolve into a key contributor on our design team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of larger portions of the design and production workflow, eventually expanding into design contribution and client-facing work.

Experience in residential construction (custom homes or remodeling). Proficiency in Vectorworks. Degree or coursework in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering (structural emphasis).
