About the Role
This position serves as a key technical resource within PSI, leading and supporting architectural, fit-out, and construction-related projects across the company's office portfolio. With a primary focus on the USA and Canada regions, the role bridges architectural planning, project management, contractor coordination, and real estate support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in strict alignment with company standards.
The successful candidate will guide projects from concept development through execution, acting as a central hub for collaboration between internal stakeholders and external professionals globally. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the technical demands of architectural design with the strategic oversight required for complex project management.
Day in the Life
You will spend your time managing multiple projects simultaneously, preparing detailed schedules, budgets, and technical documentation. A significant portion of your day involves coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance during the construction phase, and remotely supervising workers executing layout designs. You will also collect and organize technical data to prepare drawings and specifications for diverse global projects, primarily focusing on fit-outs within existing buildings.
Beyond technical execution, you will interact with various departments and industry professionals to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for executive management. The role also includes participating in the development of company standards and requirements, as well as performing light administrative duties to support local office logistics. While the core focus remains on North America, you should be prepared to travel internationally to construction sites and support global projects as team workload and business needs dictate.
