As an Application Engineer in Thermal Management, you will serve as the vital technical interface between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering groups. Your primary mission is to support the development of custom engine cooling systems for mobile and power generation applications. You will partner with customers and internal teams to define requirements, support design, and validate performance across both prototype and production programs.
In this role, you will drive customer success by delivering technically sound, value-based solutions that support new business growth and existing account expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading technical discussions with customers and partners to build lasting relationships with their engineering teams. Your day-to-day involves translating customer needs into system-level requirements, selecting and optimizing HYDAC products, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and commercial standards. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, development, lab, and operations teams to ensure solutions are manufacturable, scalable, and supported by global entities.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates are expected to be comfortable with travel requirements of 20–40% as needed to support customer engagements and project validation.
