About the Role
This position serves as a blended junior role within the NiFi engineering team, acting as a vital link between technical operations and customer success. You will be the focal point for health and status flows, tracking dataflow availability and escalating issues to ensure system reliability. Your day-to-day involves supporting customer onboarding by coordinating requirements and milestones, maintaining organized trackers and runbooks for clear visibility, and validating that customer data is received, processed, and delivered as expected.

Requirements
- verifiedTS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- verifiedHigh School Diploma/GED with 10 years experience

- verifiedProficiency in Apache NiFi or willingness to learn
- verifiedFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, CloudWatch)
- verifiedBasic Linux familiarity
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to Apache NiFi, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash, or similar dataflow/pipeline tools. Experience supporting customer onboarding, system integration, ticket tracking, help desk, or production support operations. Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, SQS), CloudWatch, Python, Bash, or Groovy.
