As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, this role supports a critical shift from manual system security evaluation to a new model emphasizing automation, streamlined approvals, continuous monitoring, and comprehensive network data gathering across the entire project lifecycle.
This position serves as a blended junior role within the NiFi engineering team, acting as a vital link between technical operations and customer success. You will be the focal point for health and status flows, tracking dataflow availability and escalating issues to ensure system reliability. Your day-to-day involves supporting customer onboarding by coordinating requirements and milestones, maintaining organized trackers and runbooks for clear visibility, and validating that customer data is received, processed, and delivered as expected.

Prior exposure to Apache NiFi, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash, or similar dataflow/pipeline tools. Experience supporting customer onboarding, system integration, ticket tracking, help desk, or production support operations. Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, SQS), CloudWatch, Python, Bash, or Groovy.
