About the Role
As an Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified), you will join our winning team to lead and support all areas of property maintenance. This position is designed to ensure the seamless fulfillment of resident work orders while maintaining the highest quality standards across our properties.
In this role, you will direct maintenance staff, inspect the quality of work performed, and set work order priorities. Beyond technical expertise, you will serve as a hands-on team player and an effective leader, responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of your team. You will also provide essential support to the property manager, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that the team remains motivated to get the job done.
