About the Role

The Accounts Payable/Junior Accountant serves as a vital link in the firm's financial operations, managing the full vendor payment cycle. This role exists to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions while maintaining rigorous documentation standards. You will coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth financial workflows.

In this position, you will handle the end-to-end vendor payment process, from invoice receipt and review to final processing. Your day-to-day activities involve reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper support, managing W9 processing and IRS TIN matching, and performing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations. You will also be the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and internal follow-ups, requiring strong communication skills to navigate approvals and resolve questions efficiently.
