About the Role

This part-time position serves as the heart of our daily operations, responsible for the comprehensive care of in-house cats and dogs. You will be the primary advocate for our animals, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing through feeding, cleaning, socialization, grooming, and exercise. Beyond direct animal care, you will play a vital role in our adoption center, acting as a bridge between our animals and their future families. Your day will involve creating a clean, odor-free environment, documenting animal behaviors, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective adopters. You will also have the opportunity to mentor volunteers and assist with animal intake, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to kindness and responsible pet ownership.
