About the Role
This position serves as a critical support function for NetBenefits, addressing a current gap in front-end expertise. The manager is seeking an Angular expert to step in as a 100% hands-on individual contributor. The primary mission is to continue building out the NetBenefits platform and enable other business units to add customizations to the application.
As a senior front-end engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications. The role requires deep expertise in Angular, modern front-end development, Nx workspaces, and monorepo architectures. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and agile development to production support, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.
