About the Role
As a member of our BioPharma Services team in Lancaster, PA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of pharmaceutical products through rigorous analytical testing. This position is designed for a hands-on scientist who thrives in a cGMP environment, utilizing advanced chromatographic systems and wet chemistry techniques to validate product safety and purity.
Your day-to-day involves executing specialized analyses, method transfers, and feasibility studies using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV/Spec, and Karl Fischer systems. Beyond testing, you will be responsible for troubleshooting instrumentation, developing validation plans, and documenting work to maintain strict GMP compliance. You will also have the opportunity to train technical staff and occasionally travel to client sites for technical meetings.
