About the Role
CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership. This role is designed for a professional who is excited to contribute to government innovation, appreciates collaboration, and can anticipate the needs of others. You will act as a mentor and leader, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting while overseeing the programmatic development and quality control of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators.
In this position, you will ensure intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas. You will interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to support Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical requirements. The role involves directing the analytical team to identify trends within data-at-rest, driving reporting to alert decision-makers of new developments, and ensuring the team is prepared for the exploitation of enemy personnel and post-screening analytical assessments.
