About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations and foster a culture of teamwork. This role is pivotal in ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering the high level of customer service ALDI is known for. You will help develop operational action plans, manage team schedules, and identify training opportunities to grow your staff. Your day will involve supervising store activities, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for both customers and team members.

Requirements
