About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will be a pivotal leader in our store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and foster a culture of teamwork. Your day-to-day impact will involve supervising store activities, managing schedules, and developing action plans to improve operating results. You will be responsible for mentoring direct reports, identifying training opportunities, and ensuring that the team adheres to company policies and safety standards. From resolving customer concerns to maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards, you will play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for our community.
Please note that initial training for this position will take place at a nearby location prior to the store's official opening.
