About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will be a vital partner to the Store Manager in driving store performance and fostering a culture of teamwork. You will assist in developing action plans to improve operating results, monitor the competitive landscape, and provide critical product feedback to leadership. From supervising daily team activities and managing schedules to ensuring inventory accuracy and store cleanliness, you will be the operational backbone of the store. You will also play a key role in the hiring process, interviewing candidates and facilitating their training to ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Requirements
