Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect, test, and replace wireless and control panel batteries
- check_circleVerify all alarm signals are received and restore tested points
- check_circleDocument inspections and complete checklists for each preventative maintenance call
- check_circleOrganize and manage truck stock parts and tools
- check_circleAccurately report preventative maintenance service ticket data
- check_circleComplete weekly status reports, evaluations, and testing
- check_circleAttend in-person and virtual training courses
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance on intrusion, video, access control, fire, and integrated systems
- check_circleContact customers to schedule calls and provide estimated times of arrival
- check_circleTest, inspect, and clean DVRs, video devices, and cameras
