This role is designed for a professional with demonstrated experience driving strategic business and technology transformations in the wealth management industry. You will combine technical expertise with executive relationship-building, leadership, coaching, and communication skills to lead engagements. The position involves translating requirements into optimized designs, identifying design alternatives, and managing stakeholder relationships to develop persuasive recommendations. You will own the quality of deliverables and collaborate with financial services industry senior executives, often delivering presentations to management.

Experience with various phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system selection, implementation sequencing and planning, project management, application and technical design, interface and data conversion, application build, environment management, testing, and go-live planning.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
