As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. This role is designed for skilled pilots seeking a dynamic environment where they can utilize their expertise to support national security. You will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to conduct air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities against smuggled contraband via land, air, and sea. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training to fill these full-time, security-based positions. Whether you are flying as a Pilot-in-Command or operating unmanned aircraft systems, you will play a critical role in the agency's mission.

Successful candidates will be offered a duty location based on operational and mission requirements after completing a three-part assessment. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
