As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical line of defense, performing aviation-based law enforcement operations to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This is a full-time, security-based role designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career with exceptional federal benefits and job stability.
Your day-to-day mission involves conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor behavior patterns of suspect persons and assets, collect and analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Whether operating in the Southeast, Southwest, or at National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC), you will work alongside a dedicated team to secure the nation's borders.
