As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a full-time, security-based role designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career with exceptional federal benefits and job stability. You will partner with a team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training. Whether you are flying as a Pilot-in-Command or operating Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), you will be part of a critical mission to safeguard the country. Duty locations are assigned based on operational and mission requirements, offering opportunities across the Southeast Region, Southwest Region, and National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC).
