As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots who are ready to transition into a rewarding federal career where their skills directly impact border security. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

While duty locations are determined by operational and mission requirements, you will be part of a dynamic organization operating across the Southeast and Southwest regions, the Caribbean Air and Marine Branch, and National Air Security Operation Centers.

Successful candidates will undergo a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered within the selected region (Southeast, Southwest, CAMB, or NASOC UAS locations). You must be willing to work at any duty location within that region as determined by agency needs.
