As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a unique career path that combines high-performance flying with the responsibilities of federal law enforcement. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land, air, or sea. Your role involves monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This position is designed for seasoned pilots and those with military training who seek an exciting, rewarding career with exceptional job stability. You will work alongside a team that values operational excellence and mission readiness. The role requires flexibility, as duty locations are assigned based on operational and mission requirements, potentially placing you anywhere within the Southeast, Southwest, or Caribbean regions, as well as at National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC).
