As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a full-time, security-based position where you will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring suspect behavior, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. You will operate in diverse environments, including night flights, poor weather, and low-altitude operations, making rapid, judicious decisions to ensure mission success.

Successful candidates will complete a three-part assessment. A duty location will be offered after this assessment, based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select, which may include the Southeast Region, Southwest Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
