As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. This role is designed for skilled pilots interested in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly supports national security. You will partner with a diverse team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities, monitoring suspect behavior and analyzing tactical intelligence to secure the nation's borders.
Day-to-day operations involve flying in all environments—from night missions and poor weather to low-altitude terrain—while making rapid, judicious decisions to support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Successful candidates will undergo a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
