As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots who are ready to transition into a rewarding federal career where their skills directly support the safety and security of the nation. You will partner with a diverse team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This is a full-time, security-based position offering exceptional job stability and the chance to work in dynamic environments across the Southeast, Southwest, and Caribbean regions. Whether operating manned aircraft or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), you will be at the forefront of border security, making judicious decisions in real-time to safeguard the country.

Successful candidates will be offered a duty location based on operational and mission requirements after completing a three-part assessment. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), and National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC).
