As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots seeking a rewarding career with exceptional stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on border security. You will partner with ground assets to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day involves monitoring suspect behavior patterns, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Whether operating manned aircraft or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), you will be part of a dynamic team responding to operational needs across the Southwest and Southeast Border Regions, the Caribbean Air and Marine Branch, and National Air Security Operation Centers.

New hires are also required to successfully complete the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) as a condition of employment.
