As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots seeking a rewarding career with exceptional stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on border security. You will partner with a diverse team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This position offers a unique blend of high-stakes law enforcement and advanced aviation. Whether operating fixed-wing aircraft or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), you will be at the forefront of securing the nation's borders. The role demands rapid decision-making and the ability to coordinate aircraft and ground assets in challenging environments, including night operations, poor weather, and low-altitude flights.

Successful candidates will undergo a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
