About the Role
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots who want to apply their skills in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor suspect behavior, analyze strategic and tactical intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This is a full-time, security-based position offering exceptional federal benefits, job stability, and a chance to serve on the front lines of border security. We are actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training to join our ranks.
Hiring Process
The application process is streamlined and includes the following steps:

- Assessment: Successful candidates will complete a three-part assessment.
- Training: Upon selection, you must successfully complete the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC). Failure to complete this training may result in separation or reassignment.
- Placement: A duty location will be offered after the assessment. You must be willing to work at any location within the region you select, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
