About the Role

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. This role is designed for skilled pilots interested in a mission-driven environment where you will work alongside a dedicated team to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States.

Your day-to-day involves conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor suspect behaviors, analyze strategic and tactical intelligence, and support critical search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. This is a full-time, security-based opportunity offering job stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on national security.

Duty Locations

Duty locations are assigned based on operational requirements, mission needs, and critical agency hiring priorities. Successful candidates must be willing to work at any duty location within the selected region, which may include:

• Southeast Region: Homestead, FL and CAMB (Aguadilla, PR).
• Southwest Region: Tucson and Yuma, AZ; San Diego, CA; El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen, TX.
• NASOC UAS Locations: Sierra Vista, AZ; San Angelo, TX.

Final duty location offers are made after successfully completing a three-part assessment and may include any geographic location within the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) locations.
