About the Role
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for experienced pilots who want to leverage their skills in a high-stakes environment. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Hiring Process
The recruitment process for Air Interdiction Agents is rigorous and designed to identify the most qualified candidates. The journey typically involves:

- Assessment: Successful applicants will complete a three-part assessment.
- Offer & Location Assignment: A duty location will be offered after the assessment. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region (Southeast, Southwest, CAMB, or NASOC UAS locations) based on operational and mission requirements.
- Training: New hires must successfully complete the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC). Completion of this training is a condition of employment; failure to complete the required courses may result in separation or demotion.
