This is a full-time, security-based position offering exceptional federal benefits, job stability, and a streamlined application process. We are actively seeking seasoned pilots and those with military training to join our ranks. After applying, candidates must successfully complete a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered from the Southwest Border Region, Southeast Border Region, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
We highly recommend staying updated by opting into CBP's talent repository. This ensures you receive monthly emails regarding webinars, career expos, and future opportunities.
Joining AMO means becoming part of a culture where purpose drives every mission. As a new hire, you may be eligible for significant recruitment and retention incentives, including a one-time payout of $10,000 after completing the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC). Successful completion of required training is a condition of employment; failure to meet CBP standards may result in placement into a different position or separation.
