Air and Marine Operations (AMO), a component of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is an elite team of highly trained professionals dedicated to protecting America. As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. This role is designed for skilled pilots seeking a dynamic environment where they can utilize their expertise to support critical national security missions. You will work alongside a dedicated team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Assessment & Placement: Successful candidates will complete a three-part assessment. Following this, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region (Southeast, Southwest, CAMB, or NASOC UAS locations).
