Air and Marine Operations (AMO), a component of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is an elite team of highly trained professionals dedicated to protecting America. As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in law enforcement that combines aviation expertise with national security. You will perform aviation-based operations to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This role involves conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities against smuggled goods moving via land, air, or sea. You will also monitor suspect behaviors, analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Assessment and Location: A duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. Locations are determined by operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select, which may include the Southeast Region (Homestead, FL; Aguadilla, PR), Southwest Region (AZ, CA, TX), or NASOC UAS locations (Sierra Vista, AZ; San Angelo, TX).
