As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations to secure the nation's borders. This role is designed for seasoned pilots and those with military training who are ready to transition into a rewarding federal career. You will partner with a diverse team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Assessment and Location: Upon successful completion of a three-part assessment, a duty location will be offered. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select, which may include the Southeast Region (Homestead, FL; Aguadilla, PR), Southwest Region (AZ, CA, TX), or NASOC UAS locations (AZ, TX). The final offer letter will specify the geographic location within these regions.
