As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a full-time, security-based role designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career with exceptional federal benefits and job stability. You will partner with a team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training. While specific duty locations are assigned based on operational and mission requirements, you must be willing to work at any location within your selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Successful candidates will complete a three-part assessment before receiving a final offer letter detailing their specific duty station.
