As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This is a security-based career designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding path with exceptional federal benefits and job stability.
Your day-to-day mission involves conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor behavior patterns of suspect persons and assets, collect and analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. The role demands rapid decision-making and the ability to coordinate aircraft and ground assets in diverse environments, including night operations, poor weather, and low altitudes.

Duty locations are assigned based on operational and mission requirements, and candidates must be willing to work at any location within their selected region (Southeast, Southwest, or NASOC UAS locations).
