As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot performing aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career that combines professional flying with federal job stability and exceptional benefits. You will work alongside a team of professionals to conduct air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring suspect behavior patterns, collecting and analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting for these full-time, security-based opportunities. We are particularly interested in seasoned pilots and those with military training who are ready to make a move. Assessment and Location: A duty location will be offered after successfully completing a three-part assessment. Locations are determined by operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select, which may include the Southeast Region (e.g., Homestead, FL), Southwest Region (e.g., Tucson, AZ; San Diego, CA), or NASOC UAS locations (e.g., Sierra Vista, AZ).
