As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a critical asset in aviation-based law enforcement operations. Your primary mission is the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This role is designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career that combines the thrill of flight with the responsibility of federal security.
In this position, you will conduct air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled goods moving via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will monitor behavior patterns of suspects, collect and analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Whether operating in the Southeast, Southwest, or at National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC), you will be part of a dynamic team responding to evolving operational and mission requirements.
