As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a unique opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with a rewarding career in federal law enforcement. You will work alongside a dedicated team to conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. Whether operating fixed-wing aircraft or unmanned systems, you will be at the forefront of national security, making critical decisions in diverse environments ranging from night operations to poor weather conditions.

Successful candidates will undergo a three-part assessment. Upon completion, a duty location will be offered based on operational and mission requirements. You must be willing to work at any location within the selected region, including the Southeast, Southwest, Caribbean Air and Marine Branch (CAMB), or National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC) UAS locations.
